Vinney’s website features his profile and two CTAs: Invest Now and Mentorship. Clicking on the first CTA redirects visitors to a webpage where they can register interest in partnering and investing with Vinney’s company. There’s a lengthy form an investor needs to fill, and some crucial details aren’t mentioned upfront.

For example, Vinney’s investment company Moneil Investment Group only accepts applications from accredited investors. And they define an accredited investor as a person with an annual income of $200,000 ($300,000 for married couples) for at least three years or a net worth of at least $1 million. (okay, so that cuts beginner investors out of the equation).

I got this information from the Investor FAQ section on Vinney’s website—there’s a bunch of additional info in there, too, like how to exit early if the investor needs money to cover an emergency.

He also shares the reviews left by his students right below this section. But we all know people tend to be biased about something they’ve invested in. Plus, most multifamily coaches only feature positive reviews on their websites. That said, I couldn’t find any reviews about Vinney on third-party forums like BiggerPockets, so it’s hard to say how good or valuable his mentorship program might be for an aspiring investor.

Vinney has also authored a book titled “Apartment Syndication Made Easy: A Step by Step Blueprint for Commercial Real Estate Investing.” It’s good plenty of good reviews, but also some like these:
